INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Discover yourself, heal trauma, and build a life of happiness and belonging.
Do you struggle with relationships or repeating patterns you wish you could change? Perhaps you grow up in an environment where religion, culture, or family didn't allow you to be who you are? Did you find it difficult to connect with people, and do you still feel the same?
Sometimes we recognize patterns of harm and hurt, and even if we have a desire to break those cycles, it seems overwhelming and insurmountable. The truth is, many of the ways we cope today were once strategy that helps us survive.
It takes courage to face trauma and undo the painful legacy. You don't have to do this alone, and together, we will grieve what is lost and rebuild a stronger, more authentic sense of who you are.

COUPLE'S THERAPY
A journey with your partner to find ease and security within your relationship.
Every relationship has moments of distance, conflict, and miscommunications. Over time, unresolved conflicts can turn into disrepair by leaving you or your partner feeling unheard, lonely. If you came from a difficult childhood, healthy relating might feels more like a fable other than something achievable.
Couple therapy offers a space to relearn about healthy relating, and opportunities to slow down to undertand the patterns that left you feeling stuck. My approach draw from the works of Stan Tatkin, Melissa Walker, and others, I help couples move beyond simply problem solving, toward understanding the root cause of issues, and ultimately the efforts to build satisfaction.
